Nasal and Sinus Inhaler

I love essential oils. They are easy to work with, have so many uses and are wonderful in supporting your overall health. Not to mention they smell AMAZING! Here is a simple recipe for adults that will help open up that stuffy nose and sinuses. Supplies: You will need, Blank Nasal Inhaler Kit ( very inexpensive and available on Amazon ) Small Glass Dish Essential Oils: 5 drops Eucalyptus 5 drops Tea Tree 5 drops Orange Essential Oils: ( Use these oils if making a nasal inhaler for children 5-12 years old ) 2 drops Lavender 1 drop Tra Tree 3 drops Orange Instructions: Combine oils in your glass dish and roll cotton insert ( cotton insert comes with your blank nasal inhaler kit ) until all the oils have been absorbed. Next, drop oil soaked cotton insert into the inhaler and snap cap on. Then just unscrew the top and start inhaling! This is one of te best and inexpensive ways to experience the benefits of essential oils. Remember, it is important to purchase your oils from a reputable company and they should be therapeutic grade or wild-craft organic. Stay away from drug store/health food store oils. Quality is key and king when it comes to essential oils. Happy inhaling!
