The Schauer Smoothie

Whether your are a fan of smoothies or not, you will love our meal replacement shake. It's delicious,nutritious and simple to make. 1/2 Banana ( frozen ) 1 large hand full of Spinach ( frozen ) 1 teaspoon Super Greens ( your choice ) 1 scoop Protein Powder ( Vanilla flavor ) 1 tablespoon Carob Powder 8 - 16 ounces Almond Milk ( unsweetened ) Place Banana, Spinach and dry ingredients into a personal blender ( ie.. Bullet ). Add 8 ounces Almond Milk and blend for 1 minute. Add more milk to adjust to your desired thickness. Remember, the frozen Banana and Spinach will double as your ice component. This helps to maintain the shakes thickness and cold temperature.If you prefer a vanilla shake then just leave out the Carob Powder. Enjoy!
